My name is Shanaye, I am your pilates teacher. I believe that reformer pilates can transform your body into something absolutley incredible. I found reformer pilates post partum whilst already partaking in a consistent excersize regime and noticed a complete turn around to a rut I was in. My body, my mind, my strength and durability was like nothing before and this is exactly what I needed after an incredibly difficult pregnancy and in general as a mum. I have a background in nursing which explains my passion for health and wellness. I truly feel like I can use teaching pilates to maximise my abilities to help others with their health journeys.
